Track and facility hire fees
Includes the pavilion. Applicable for all casual hire at the Roy Boyd Athletics Centre.
Schools & not-for-profits
Per hour $120

Commercial
Per hour $150

Discounted hire: Weekdays 7am–8am $60/hr; Weeknights 7pm–8pm $80/hr. From 1 January 2026, any back-up day booking is an additional $150 per booking. Cancellation within 14 days of a booking incurs a $150 fee (see conditions of hire).

Email your enquiry
Email your preferred dates, times and booking type to our coordinator (details below). Our volunteers reply within 72 hours.

Get confirmation
Receive written confirmation of your booking from Sandy Aths. Your booking is not confirmed until then.

Pay & enjoy
Pay the invoice and enjoy your use of the track.
